Shipping Policy

How Shipping Rates Are Calculated?

​

  • Shipping rates are calculated using the total weight of your order, the number of boxes required, & the dimensional weight of the boxes.

  • Your shopping cart will display the rates for the various shipping methods available for your order for you to select.

  • In some cases, only one shipping method is available.

  • Shipping rates are listed by service provider (UPS Ground, UPS express, UPS Air, etc), not in order of cost.

Shipping Tip: In many cases, it costs the same to ship a 10 lb. package via UPS Ground as it does to ship a 1/4 lb. package Therefore, it is more cost effective to purchase several items that you need rather than one small item.

When Will I Receive My Order?

  • Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • All orders are subject to a 3-business day processing time, not including the day that you place your order. Order processing time is not guaranteed, due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If you wish to have your order by a specific date, please contact customer support so we can advise you on the best shipping method for your needs. 

  • If we have a problem with your order and we cannot contact you by phone or email, it will delay processing of your order. When you check out, please give us an email address and phone number that work during business hours.

Tracking Your Order

On the day that your order ships, we will send you an email with the carrier's tracking number(s) for your package(s)

Please make sure that any spam-blocking software you are using allows delivery of this email.

What Shipping Methods Are Available in the USA?

​

For most USA addresses, you can choose either UPS (United Parcel Service) or FEDEX. For PO boxes, you must choose a USPS method. Certain items such as oversized packages do not allow a choice and the shopping cart will only display one method. Any special shipping information is noted on the product description page.  We will contact you for further information and applicable fees

  • UPS Ground: Day-definite delivery typically in 1 to 5 business days based on destination. Package can be tracked in transit.

  • USPS Priority Mail: Delivery in 1-3 business days based on where the package starts and where it's being sent. Exceptions apply and delivery time is NOT guaranteed by the post office. Package can be tracked while in transit.

  • USPS First Class Parcel: Delivery in 2-8 business days based on destination. No tracking available.

For most Canadian addresses, you can choose either UPS (United Parcel Service) or Canada Post. For PO boxes, you must choose Canada Post. Return & Exchange Policy

Return Policy

  • You may return items within 90 days of the sale date for a full refund of the price of the item(s) or a credit toward an exchange or the purchase of a different product.

  • All we ask is that the product is in the same condition you received it in with its original tags and is in its original box and/or packaging including all packing material, manuals, & accessories.

  • Refunds and merchandise credits will be issued at the time the return is received in our warehouse.

Please be aware of the following important points regarding the condition of the product you are returning:

  • Items showing cuts or tooth marks will not be replaced and we will not issue a refund or credit.

  • Harnesses and dog coats should not have any hair on them. Returned items that require cleaning are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, or that is not the product you ordered, Agility World will pay the cost to ship the replacement product to you. If we need the original product back, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label or issue a call tag to have UPS pick up the package.

  • For all other returns and exchanges, you are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. If you are requesting an exchange, you must also pay for the new item to be shipped back to you.

Regular Returns or Exchanges

To return a product that does not meet your expectations or that does not fit, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer support: Please include your order number, the item description, the issue with the item. Customer support may ask for photos of the item.

  • Pack the Product(s): All items must be returned in new condition in the original packaging. If your product was shipped in a cardboard box, use the same or similar packaging. When using the original shipping box, remove or cover previous shipping labels or other markings.

  • Ship the Product(s) Back to Us: We recommend that you ship via an insured ground service with a tracking number. Agility World is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please keep a copy of the return tracking number until a credit has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.   • Receive Your Refund, Credit, or Replacement: We will email you when we have received your return. Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

Returns of Defective or Incorrect Products

To return a product that is defective or that was shipped to you in error, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Customer Support: We will either send you a pre-paid shipping label or advise you to discard or keep the incorrect or defective product.

  • Pack or discard Product(s): If you are using the original carton to ship back the item(s), please be sure to remove the old shipping label or cover it completely.

  • Ship the Product(s) Back to Us: Use the pre-paid shipping label or call tag to ship your package back to us.

  • Receive Your Refund, Credit, or Replacement: We will email you when we have received your return. Refunds will be made based on the original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
